Sound intervention

 

In 1987, the National Institute for Antropology and History in Mexico published two volumes titled A Destroyed city, notes for the reconstruction of his history, who compiles press reports and official cables, from the following 72 hours after the 1985 earthquake, starting at 7:21 am, from September 19th, 1985.

 

To commemorate 30 years anniversary of the tragedy, MUCA Roma Museum commissioned this performance work, a sound intervention through a mobile speaker system, along the streets of Doctores and Roma neighborhoods, starting 7:21 am of September 19th, 2015, recreating the notes and reports extracted from the volumes A destroyed city (…).
